The location was very central to many attractions. It was quite accessible. housekeeping maintained excellent standards. The room was super clean.

The minibar was locked! it seemed rather inconvenient, especially after the deposit. the breakfast room looked understaffed. Tables weren't always cleared promptly.

i found the staff very polite they answered all my questions quickly. the breakfast offered a big variety of choices and was very good. the room was tidy and well kept each day i appreciated this.

i noticed the shower door did not fully close this resulted in some water on the floor after showering.

The soundproofing was very effective. I was on the 7th floor facing a busy road but heard nothing! the shower was also quite good. staff helped us find a local restaurant that was amazing. The service there was so attentive.

the air conditioning could not be turned off! it was quite noisy. the airflow was too strong even at its lowest setting.
